Our Services are intended for high school students generally 16-19 years old who are considering post-secondary education (college and/or trade school), and their parents. By visiting the Website or otherwise using the Services in any way, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and affirm to us that you are not younger than 13 years old, and if younger than 18 years old, that you have the supervision and consent of your parent(s) to use the Services.
We collect certain personal information when you contact us to ask questions and/or initiate our Services, including your name and age (or the student’s name and age), and an email and telephone number for contacting you.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. If you engage with us to use the Services, however, we will share your personal information and test assessment data and summary reports with certain individuals with whom we have contracted, such as our Service professionals, tutors, and coaches as appropriate for the Services you request.
